Dear sir,
I am one of the residents of the Oxford hostel, on Kings Street, who is penning down this letter with regards to the room that I got a month ago.
I was allotted this room on 28th October and got to know later that I would be sharing it with another student. At first, it was exciting, but not anymore as my roommate is an undergraduate student while I am a graduate trainee. The schedule of courses and part-time jobs is totally opposite, thereby causing a lot of difficulties as he usually come at midnight from his work due to which I get disturbed consequently affecting my studies. Moreover, I have a habit of reading aloud which is an issue for him.
It would be great, if you can shift me in a room without any roommate. I am fine to pay more for such kind of room as I am very passionate about my studies and want to excel in this field. What is more, a room in new dormitory will be preferred as all my classmates are in that hostel through which it will be easier for me to get involved in group discussions.
I hope you can find me a new competition at the earliest as exams are coming pretty soon.
Thanking you in anticipation and.
Yours faithfully
Harshdeep Kaur.
