DEAR SIR OR MADAM,
I am writing to highlight an issue that I have been facing with my room for a significant time now. Allow me to elaborate.
To start with, I am staying with another room mate in Room 414. The issue started few days after moving in and I have reported the issue to the building and maintenance incharge. However, nothing has been done till date. There is a big problem with the drainage of the toilet which has not been fixed. Besides, if anybody in the building flushes their toilet the water will overflow from our toilet and create a mess in our room.
Furthermore, the problem not only hampers with our day to day functioning but also poses a health issue. It feels like we are stuck between rock and a hard surface. In addition, due to the said issues it is not possible to focus on our studies as well.
Laconically, we have a considerable time remaining in our 42 weeks contract and it would be appropriate to move us to a new room. It cost me an arm and a leg to pay for this place. I hope you will empathize with my situation and take prompt action.
Yours faithfully,
Brad Jason
