- say what you would like the manager to do.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter in order to lodge a complaint regarding inferior quality of a product I purchased from your esteemed store. Four days ago I purchased Kenwood coffee machine as recommended by the sales team. When I was at the store, it worked properly. However, as I arrived home, it did not work at all. I checked the instructions as illustrated in the manual before calling the store.
I made a phone call to the store immediately and request to change the coffee machine with another one. A representative of customer service team answered and he not only put me on hold for more than 45 minutes but also transferred me to 3 technical advisors. To make matter worse, I did not have any feedback yet, more even the problem still exist.
I, therefore, suggest that I be given a full refund as soon as possible. If you want the receipt, I can send it instantly. I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Paula
