Dear………………………
A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.
Write a letter to your relative. In your letter:
explain arrangements you have made for them to have keys and get into the house
tell your relative how to get from the train station to your house
say when you will be home and suggest what you could do together that evening
Dear, Karen.
To begin with, I want to say that I am really looking forward to your arrival. Unfortunately, I will not be able to meet you in person at the train station because my boss has suddenly sent me to the neighboring city to settle some problems which are connected with company's business. I am going to return to the home city at the evening. Don't be upset, I know that you wish to see me as soon as possible but the trip is inevitable so, please wait till the evening and I will be all yours. In order to alleviate my feeling of guilt I have made some arrangements which will make you feel comfortable.
Firstly, my best body will wait for you at the station, he will help you with your baggage. I gave him your cell-phone number and show him your photo. I will easily recognize him because the friend has striking appearance - he is tall, bald and his hands are covered with tattoos. He looks frightening but you ought to believe me, he is a really nice guy. He will handle you your keys from the house. Please remember that the big key has a secret - in order to unlock the door, after you turn the key two times on the left, you should turn it half way back.
So, it is a time to say you goodbye because I have to go, my duty calls me.
Your loving brother, Eugene.
P.S. I can't help but think about your upcoming meeting, I think that we will order a big classic pizza, several cans of unhealthy coca-cola, we will set in the kitchen and talk all night.
