Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter to get update regarding my lodge report about my suitcase that I lost in your plane. I took flight at 11 a.m. from Chandigarh Airport to Goa on 23rd October.
My flight number is MH1231 Indigo airlines. I remembered I keep my suitcase in the overhead bin of my seat C11 when flight is ready to takeover. I was tired and I sleep for a while and within 6 hour flight reached at Goa Airport. When I opened the bin my suitcase was not there. Fortunately, there was one officer who helped me to ledge my report and he assured me that he will look into this matter personally. It has been one week passed, but I have heard nothing yet.
The suitcase that I lost was skybags suitcase with silver logo. It was made of pure leather material and had one big pocket on outside. It contains my presentation documents and some legal documents relates to my company. Further, I have to submit all my documents in our officer before 30 November.
Please kindly look into this matter personally. If I will unable to present these documents on time then my boss terminate me from my job. Could you please locate my suitcase before give time?
