Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to let you know about a problem with the computer I purchased from your shop recently. I am one of your frequent customers.
Last week, I purchased a computer from your computer shop. Now, it’s keyboard which is not working properly. Whenever the shift key is pressed it gets stuck, which makes it difficult to type capital letters and other special characters on the keyboard.
My job is getting highly affected because of this problem. It takes up lots of time correcting the error caused by turning on and off the ‘Caps Lock’ button. I am a freelance website content writer; my work is getting affected by this shift button malfunction. I have to complete my tasks on time, my deadline is nearing, which is on 28th.
So, I would like to request you that send one of your technicians to my home so that he can repair the computer. If you think it will take some time to repair then please send a spare working keyboard so that I can continue my work on time.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Sam
