Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter for knowing some extra details about seminar which is going to be held at Ontario, Canada.

Currently, I am running my own company named as Jupiter Solar System. I came across the article in Times Magzine about the seminar on Artificial Intelligence which you are conducting next month and it seems to be vital for my business expansion. Since, I am from India, so I need date information, when it is going to happen in order to book my tickets in advance.

Moreover, it was also mentioned that deligates from many countries will be there and it will run for around 5 days, so is there any accomodation arrangements provided by you. Even, it was written that advance registration is mandatory, hence, please let me know about the various costs involved.
