Dear Mr. Renold,
I am writing this letter in response to your complaint regarding the noise from my apartment for a few days.
Well, we are hosting a weeklong celebration of my grandparents' fiftieth wedding anniversary. My siblings along with their families have to come to my house for this family get-together. This is a very special occasion for us and hence it has been difficult to contain our excitement.
I would like to sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience meted out to you. I humbly ask for your cooperation for the next four days. Furthermore, I hope you will not mind us the speakers and our late evening parties on the terrace. I understand the children have particularly been notorious and very loud. This is a rare event and I do not foresee another celebration anytime soon.
I promise that I shall try to keep the volume low and ask my family to be a little more sensitive to our surroundings. Additionally, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you and your family for the golden jubilee party to honor the lucky couple, where they shall renew their wedding vows. It is held in our lawn, on Saturday, evening 5 pm onwards.
Looking forward to seeing you there. Sorry again, for the trouble.
Yours sincerely,
Tom Middleton
