Dear Sheela,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards the troubles faced by me due to the ongoing barking from the dog in your house.
As you know, I am your nearby resident. I have a very hectic desk job. Even sometimes, I do official work from my house. Unfortunately, due to barking of your dog it is very difficult for me to concentrate on my work. Thus, it not affects my professional work but also impairs my health due to disturbance creates especially at night.
I would like to request if there is anything you can do to reduce the barking. For instance by changing it’s sitting position and finding the reason behind his over barking.
I am not writing the letter to disrespect and offend you. I am just wondering if you could help me in sorting this problem. As, we have a wonderful relation from long time.
Please let me know, if I can be your assistance in this matter and your swiftly cooperation will be appreciated .
Thanks,
Yours sincerely,
Gurjeet Kaur
