Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my concerns of not having a parking space in the office building. This is a worrisome situation for many of use personal automobiles to commute to work.
Let me elaborate the situation in detail. Non availability of a space for parking implies that we have to paid parking services. Unfortunately, the paid parking services charge exorbitant amount and creates a hole in the pockets of the employees who avail such services. Interestingly, the closest transit to any public transport system is about three kilometers away from the office. Moreover, those of us who use the public transport system not only have to plan our day well in advance but also take on the arduous walk to the office. Tired and disgruntled employees will not be able to give their best at work.
Would you kindly make alternate parking space available in the vicinity of the office and write to 'Smart Bikes' to provide pickup and drop-off points from the office to the closest transit points. This crucial last leg connectivity would help many employees who opt for public transport and make their commute to work easy, fast, and eco-friendly.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Rajie
