With a shadow of a doubt, in the given hectic life, more and more people concern about high quality and comfortable life rhythm. A glance at people's attitude towards the ability to plan and organize brings to a light question that has been asked several times, namely, whether it is necessary or not to develop this kind of ability. Were I forced to choose, I would insist on having the ability and I will elaborate on my reasons in the following paragraphs.
The first reason worth mentioning is the ability to plan and organize can be wholesome to deal with problems and difficulties existing in work or study. The complex modern life rhythm has made our lives be full of mess, to illustrate more, we have to tackle some distinctive tasks simultaneously sometimes. However, with the ability to plan and organize, we can spilt those problems into smaller tasks that are easier to solve. In the same vein, according to our schedule, by assigning those tasks into different time periods, not only can we improve the work efficiency, but also receive the maximum profit of time utilization.
Another essential reason that I hold this opinion is because this ability can contribute to making our lives more comfortable. It is crystal clear that a well-organized schedule can leave us enough time to accomplish the goals that we want to accomplish. Take my friends Wendy as a compelling example. She was selected into an entertainment company at an early age, which means she had to devote most of her time to practicing singing and dancing skills. However, instead of using the rest of her time optionally, she made his daily plan in advance and allocated an acceptable amount of time into staying with her family, exploring different kinds of interests, and learning to be a broadcast. As a result, either she kept good mental health compared to other girls in the same company, or she succeed in the career transition from a singer to a broadcaster which she was dreaming of. Her example vividly demonstrates the advantages of having the ability to plan and organize.
A voice arises that there are too many trivial matters that may interrupt the daily plan and make it no longer effective. Admittedly, this phenomenon does exist, however, without the ability to plan and organize time and let it be interrupted at any time, it may form a vicious life cycle and eventually immerse us into an irreversible situation.
In conclusion, drawing upon the reasons I have mentioned above, I strongly hold the opinion that people should have the ability to plan and organize, and I believe my opponents will yield upon after being shown to my article.
