Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Grades (marks) encourage students to learn. Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.
It is critically important that students work as hard as possible when they are at school. I believe that teachers can motivate students to work hard by giving them grades.
First of all, students need to get good grades, so when they have the opportunity to earn grades, they will spend more time working hard to achieve their goals. For example, when I was a student, the professor gave us an assignment in physics class that would make up about half of my total grades, so I spent hours searching for information in books and reading articles on the internet, as a result, I got the highest grade in the class, But if the presentation didn't have grades, I would not have spent so much time preparing for it, also I think most students are motivated to work hard to achieve high grades.
In addition to that, better grades mean a better career because grades usually demonstrate the students were working hard to get a good GPA. For example, I was searching for a job, and most companies at first look for the grade, then they give an appointment for an interview to check if I had the requirements for the job.
In the end, I think grades encourage students to learn because they make students learn as much as possible and have a better future.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
