ome people like to keep a record of their own experiences by uploading pictures and other information to social-networking sites. Other people prefer not to create such records.Which approach do you prefer, and why?
Without a shadow of a doubt, individuals' dominant lifestyles are tremendously engaged with social networks. In fact, a substantial amount of time is spent on varied social networking applications. An unanswered question in this area is whether to keep records of personal experiences, including photos or other data, by posting them on these social networks. Despite all the arguments asserting that retaining these records and watching them a couple of years later can be pleasant, I believe otherwise, maintaining that publicizing such personal pieces of information can have dangerous repercussions in a myriad of facets. In the subsequent paragraphs, I will elaborate on my viewpoint through two compelling reasons.
First and foremost, sharing private information in social networks, which teems with assorted attitudes and personalities, can have disruptive ramifications on one's reputation, not to mention occupation and personal life. In other words, there are people in these social networks eager to take advantage of such data either by spreading false rumors or changing the data in order to use them in corruptive contexts. These data can make one get fired from their careers or universities. Therefore, not uploading private information precludes these dangerous people exert it against their wills. Moreover, there are seldom situations in which an individual does not want certain people to find out their personal life occasions, yet, due to social network's nature, the diffusion of data is inevitable. My friend's experience is an eye-opening example. Back at high school, I remember she posted a photo of her family and turned out it had security problems due to her uncle, a well-known politician, and was apprehended because of the illusion of sharing private data in the long run.
Another reason worthwhile to mention is that constantly taking photos and videos to keep them as memories might seize the joy of that moments. To put it more simply, during a trip there are hilarious and beautiful moments that may not be felt due to intently recording them instead of enjoying them. Although all the pictures and memories of that trip will be conserved for a long time, the sheer joys of those moments, which might never recur, would be sacrificed. For example, a friend of mine always takes pictures and edits them while we hang out and starts posting them on Instagram. On the other hand, everyone else takes advantage of the ongoing moments and appreciates our aggregation, which is more delightful than working with a cellphone and missing all those happiness.
Reflecting upon all reasons mentioned above, one soon realizes that the disadvantages of not creating records on social media are infinitesimal when compared to its advantages. This is because not only has publicizing personal information privacy issues, but also it prevents enjoying moments due to being occupied by taking pictures.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
