Some people like to keep a record of their own experiences by uploading pictures and other information to social-networking sites. Other people prefer not to create such records.Which approach do you prefer, and why?
Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Over the last few years, social networks have risen in popularity due to dramatic progress in Internet and changes in people's lifestyles. It goes without saying that they are an inseparable part of daily life and a wide range of people use them in many spheres of life. Due to their important characteristic, there is a long-standing discussion among people about whether publishing personal experiences on social networks to keep records is a good option or not. Some people prefer to publish that information by uploading pictures and information, whereas others hold exactly the opposite perspective. Although it is a little hard to reach a consensus on this issue, I, myself, like to keep records of my experiences on social networks. I will elaborate on this issue in the following paragraphs.
To commence, personal records can be uploaded on social networks in order to share them with our friends. To illustrate this point one need only refer to the number of friends that follow us and we follow them on the social-networking site such as Instagram and Facebook. Needless to say that all those people want to know the situation of their followings, whether they are happy or sad, where they are, how is their job, what they like and so on. Therefore, these kinds of tools facilitate sharing information. For instance, imagine that you are in Havana and you do not like that your friends call you, but they want to know where you are. It is clear that by uploading a picture you can tell all of them that you are in Cuba in the mean time. As you can see, using this wide spread networks make everything fast to and efficient.
Furthermore, one should not forget that the experiences can help others to make a better decisions considering. One tool that helps to publish an experience is a social network. Take, for example, traveling always accompanies with new experiences, and many people travel to new places. They can just post good or bad times in the place that they have visited and other people can make benefit from them in traveling. As a personal experience, I recall that when I wanted to visit Italy, I did not know which city should I visit because my time was really tight. I started to review many websites and I found that people presented their opinion with nice pictures about any city in Italy. Finally, I went to Rome where is an amazing city just like the pictures that I saw before the trip. This personal experience taught me to use social networks for traveling. More over, uploading experiences help us to improve ourselves based on feedback that we receive from others. It can help us to compensate for the shortages that we have in our life.
Drawing upon the reasons, although there are always some exceptions which are excluded from the general rule, I prefer to publish my experience on social networks. It helps to be in contact with others in the meantime and also is helpful for others to use our experiences.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
