Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
The advent of social media had profound impacts on daily lives in so many ways. These influences were negative to some extent. Personally, I believe sharing every little detail of our life in a virtual space could bring remorse in the future for ourselves. I will elaborate my reasons in the following essay.
The most significant reason is that by sharing everything on a social media, we are giving strangers the access to our lives details. Our pictures can orbit among some sick people and they can readily get obsessed with us. Most of the people don’t think about this aspect of these media while they share their photos, however I believe this should be taken seriously. For instance, there was a case of true crime I was reading about the other day. It was about a cute teenager girl who shared so many of her experiences and memories on her social account and she had myriad followers. Among her followers there was a stranger guy who had crush on her. He got to approach her through direct message and shortly after that they got friends, which wasn’t a hard thing by knowing everything about her. However, the guy was sick and although he was not her boyfriend, he felt jealous about her. Finally, after a sequence of events he decided to murder her so as not to let anyone have her, which he did and shared her dead body picture on the same social media. This isn’t an ordinary thing that happen every day, but I am strongly of the opinion that the chance is not zero so we must be cautious about what we share with strangers.
Moreover, although I surf these media as a pastime and enjoy finding out about my friends’ lives , I am not a type of person to easily share every thing. I find myself as an introverted person and there only a few people who I dare to open up to and tell about my life. For instance, whenever I tried to share a post on my Instagram, I got the cold feet and felt insecure about it. I feel so anxious about my picture that after a while the picture that I thought was pretty, starts to look hideous to me. As a result, after having an account on Instagram for about eight years, I only has a posted picture on that.
In conclusion, posting stuff on virtual space always require cautious and confidence, however my personality can barely take the risk.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
