Some students prefer classes with frequent discussions between the professor and the students with almost no lectures. Other students prefer classes with many lectures and almost no discussions. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
These days more and more classes based on the discussion are creating in the universities and colleges. In my opinion, if I forced to choose from these points, I would definitely prefer the former one. I feel this way or two main reasons, which I will explore in the following essay.
First and foremost, discussing what you have learned with others help you to deeply understand that subject because most of the people usually benefit from practices than theories. I have to admit that my opinion on this matter has been profoundly influenced by my own experience. When I was in a college, I couldn’t understand enough about the marine biology lecture the professor mainly talk. Since there were a lot of students were gossiping, so there was no chance to focus on the professor’s lecture. As a result, I failed on this subject twice and had no idea how to resolve this problem. However, I discussed it about my professor and he suggested me to try his private review class. Initially, the atmosphere was completely different from college lecture because there was almost no lecture but a great number of conversations. After two months I enrolled in this class, I found myself got better than the past and I surprisingly decided to do my thesis in this subject.
Secondly, talks are mostly concentrated on the professor means you will be limited by only the professor’s opinions on this matter. Nonetheless, if the classes are based on dialogue with their classmates and the professor, there will more new ideas and information from a lot of students who come from completely different social backgrounds. Also, it makes the class more enjoyable and more accessible than ever before. Drawing from my cousin’s experience, he found his same interested mate from his class in which allowed students to exchange their ideas with each other. Interestingly, they have conducted some great scientific research together and today they still motivate each other as their bright ideas and enthusiasms. Without this great allowance, he couldn’t find his life-long friend from this place.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that the classes which include mainly discussions are far better than those consist of primarily lectures this is because it helps students to grasp the main ideas more quickly and because it gives them opportunities to listen to their like-minded peers and get invaluable information from them.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
