Undoubtedly, traveling to mars has always been a controversial topic among scientists. More specifically the writer puts forth on the idea that its impossible for humans to visit the mars. However the professor points out that there are some serious flaws in the writer's claim. To be exact the professor believes that although there are lots of problems in traveling to Mars, it's not impossible to do so. She more or less addresses the problem with each point made in the reading.
First of all, the writer claims that a round-trip to Mars and back is likely to take at least two years. He believes humans can't take enough supplies of food, water, and oxygen with them due to limited cargo capacity of the spaceship. But the professor refutes with this point and says that astronauts can grow hydro panic plants in the spaceship to supply food. Hydro panic plants also help with refreshing the air. She goes on and says space crew can recycle used water for watering the plants and their personal use.
secondly, the reading states that since spending a long time in the zero-gravity environment has negative effects on the human body, astronauts can't survive 2 years of living in space. The professor, not surprisingly though, believes that there are other astronauts in the national space station and other places who spent month in zero gravity. She goes on and says that astronauts can use some technical methods, do regular exercises and eat vitamins in order to stay healthy.
Finally, the author wraps up the topic by claiming that astronauts on a mission to Mars would be exposed to dangerous levels of space radiation, and constructing a shield that would protect the whole spaceship from space radiation is at present impossible because it would add too much weight to the ship. The again professor stays on the other side of the argument and says that space radiation is not everywhere on their way to mars. There can be a radiation detector and a small shielded area on the ship, when detector detects a radiation, astronauts would go to shielded area until they pass the radiations.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
