The reading and the lecture are both about hydrogen-based-fuel-cell, which uses hydrogen to operate cars. While the article mentions the advantages of fuel-cell engines over current engines, the lecturer casts doubt on all those advantages by saying that the passage failed in the assessment of fuel-cell engines.
First of all, the article states that internal-combustion engine depends on petroleum, which is nonrenewable source of energy; in contrast, the fuel-cell engine cannot be easily depleted because it comes from oil or even water. The professor, on the other hand, explains that hydrogen fuel in not easily to be produced. She argues that the process is highly artificial to obtain pure liquid, then very cold temperature more than minus two hundred are applied to get it, thus, it is not such practical way.
Second, the author claims that the hydrogen- based fuel cell does not produce carbon dioxide as a byproduct, therefore, does not hurt environment. The professor, conversely, discusses that hydrogen-based fuel cell does not solve pollution problem. She elaborates on this by mentioning that a lot of pollution is created by purification process to produce hydrogen fuel, where it depends on burning oil or coal to obtain energy, and if the cars did not pollute, the factories would pollute the environment.
Third, and last disadvantages that mentioned by the author is that fuel-cell engine will be more economic than current engine because it will be twice as efficient as current engine in using the fuel. Conversely, the speaker illustrates that there will not be any money saving. She puts forth the idea that hydrogen-cell engine does not undergo any chemical reaction without platinum, which is very expensive material. Moreover, the process of replacing platinum with any cheaper material was completely unsuccessful.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
