Young people enjoy life more than older people do.
People have different views about which group enjoys their lives more, the young or old people? While some ague that the old people are more likely to enjoy their lives for some reasons such as more wisdom, I believe that the young people enjoy more because they are healthier, they have less responsibilities, and they have not tolerated loss of their dear ones.
One of the primary causes is that, roughly speaking, young people are healthier than older people. Usually older people afflict several kinds of illnesses, and all of their organs are suffering a multitude of pains. My grand mother in her last years of life, had two eye surgeries, and at last, afflicted dementia which was a very annoying malady. She got lost a couple of times, in fact. Because young people are healthier, they can be more active. They can exercise regularly, or they can participate in parties and dance. To a typical old person, movement is difficult, hence, they are usually reluctant to participate in such programs.
Another aspect to postulate is that elderly people have more obligations in their lives. One field that older people carry responsiblity in it is their family. Usually an old person serves either as a mother or as a father for several children. They should ruminate and devise plans about the youngster's future, and if their offsprings are not independent yet, they should fulfill their current requirements e.g. the expenses of university, housing, renting a car, and so on. Another realm that the older people carry its onerous duty is career. Commonly, any parent possesses a vocation, and he/she should be accountable with respect to both his/her boss and clients. All of these considerations get an old person to tolerate more stresses. A typical old person is always preoccupied with thoughts about his work, and the consternation precludes merriment.
What is more, older people usually have lost some of their dears. Inevitably, as someone lives more, he would be more likely to lose his relatives like parents. This is a unique lament for a person to lose his/her parents. The main reason is that all of us are accustomed to our parents, and have been with them from the very beginning. By getting old, a person will experience losses of a lot of his dear ones, and gradually, he becomes more and more depressed.
In conclusion, although some may argue that the elderly people are more delighted in their lives, I, personally, postulate that the young people are more ebullient since they enjoy a healthier life, less duties, and less lack of loved people.
