Whereas, the reading passage says that it's an excellent idea to use nuclear energy and provides three reasons, the listener disagrees. He posits that these reasons are not reliable.
In the first place, the reading explains that nuclear energy cost much less to produce compared with the traditional methods of producing energy. Nevertheless, the listener doesn't support this idea, he believes that in order to build a nuclear system the government has to invest a huge amounts of money. In addition, in some countries legislation requires that an extra budget need to be created just to compensate if an accidents happen.
The second, the reading states that nuclear systems are secured for people because their are built under strict measures, in other words, radiation doesn't escape.
