TPO-02 - Integrated Writing Task In many organizations, perhaps the best way to approach certain new projects is to assemble a group of people into a team. Having a team of people attack a project offers several advantages. First of all, a group of people

The article states that the best way to approach certain new projects is to have a team group and provides three reasons of support. However, the professor explains that is not effective idea and the professor concludes this result from a project that depends on team group for a period of six months.
First, the reading claims that team group has a wider range of experience, knowledge, and skills than a single individual. But the professor refutes this point by saying that not all the team members contribute to work and maybe there are effective individuals but they are out of recognition by the other members.
Second, the article posits that a group can work more quickly to achieve their goals and can make highly effective solutions to issues. The professor opposes that by explaining that some projects didn't move quickly and dropped before reaching their goals and he argued that maybe there were individual who had an influent idea that didn't convince by the other members and the idea was quickly dropped.
Third, the reading states that team group gives the chance to team members to shine and rewarding. But the professor claimed that highly creative members had been ignored by the other group members and all of those reasons above would lead to project failure
