The professor completely disagrees with the points stated in the reading passage because she believes that new governmental rules and guidelines changed everything in the Uk.

First, She states that after these guidelines being applied, before start of every construction project it should be examined by government and archaelogists to see if this building has historical value or not. After examination even if the building was decided to be destroyed there would be some works like excavating that has to be done before construction. In contrary, the reading passage states that many valuable buildings were destroyed without any action.

Second, the professor points out that every construction company has to paid all expenses of examination and related works. So this is a new financial support source that gives many opporunities to archaelogists to research in the areas that were not possible before. On the other side, the reading passage claims that financial support is not sufficient for archaelogists.

Finally, she illustrates that with these guidelines there are many new job possibilities for archaelogists in all stages including examination, planning, and in data processing. With these new opportunities there are many experts in this field that is more than every time before. While the reading passage explains that having a job in the field of archaelogy is really hard now.

That's why the professor opposes all the points presented in the reading passage.
