Dear Smith,
I'm excited to tell you that finally I have moved to a new apartment that's in the centre of the city.

As you already know that my earlier apartment was very small and less airy which makes it messy and it was also located far from the city so lot of my l time got wasted in traveling to work,Moreover, it also doesn't have any nearby shops for shopping necessary household stuffs.
you'll be pleased to know that my new home has a more clean and greener atmosphere with no traffic noise. it has 2 two bedrooms and a spacious kitchen.it also a beautiful balcony where I can sit and experience mesmerizing view of sunset at evening with a cup of coffee.it has all the basic facilities available nearby from grocery shops,hospitals, parks to bus depot and railway station.

Its been so long since we met.Why don't you come next weekend to see my new home. I would like to know your opinions about my new apartment and spend time together enjoying a late night movie and Popcorn which we used to do during our college days.
