It has recently been announced that a new restaurant may be built in your neighborhood. Do you support or oppose this plan? Why? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

No matter what kind of construction or building that is going to set up in the near area in our neighborhood, will probably attract lots of residents to come and check out what is this new construction all about. So as far as I am concern, establish a whole new restaurant in my neighborhood is nothing but a workable selection. I will give my explanation in the following paragraph.

First of all, a whole new restaurant can not only provide a different surrounding, which definitely builds a wonderful, pleasant, or even exciting feeling to the citizens live nearby, but also creates a new place that may be a foreign type of building, plus maybe the inner decoration could make all the customs feel that they have walked into a specific zone which might be designed as outer space style by the host as well.

Second, by the time the restaurant be established, customs from other cities or even other countries would, too, come and stop by to have their graceful meal, which helps improve the flow of population temporarily. And the original residents could contact with people that come from many different regions with different cultures and moreover, with different languages.

Third, As the restaurant draws hundreds of people from many other parts of the country to the neighborhood, those people would also come and visit the other stores of the neighborhood, such as night market, clothes shops, bar, or even internet café, which probably improves the economy of the certain city.

In conclusion, set up a place which is new, different, and rare can easily gather lots of people from the surrounding. For instance, as we put a fascinating department store in the suburban, the area would become prosperous within a few years and transportation, MRT, dense bus stop will show up to help change the suburban into urban. The more people are gathered, without a doubt, the more opportunities for the local residents to interact with people from other parts of the world and all development mention above could also start from a potential, delicate, fancy restaurant.
