Fluency is a problem for
Fluency is a problem for everyone if the language is not the mother language. The solution for fluency is listening more and talking more. We don't have problem on our own language because we talk it every day.
So how to get better fluency:
1. Listen to English radio like BBC or VOA as much as possible. or watch videos or movies in English.
2. Talk as much as possible to people like in an English speaking club or talk in your daily life with family members.
3. Find a speaking partner:

4. Listen to those sample answers by ETS and analyse how they answer those questions. Then follow and repeat.
5. Be patient. It takes time. There is no magic to speak fluently in a short time.
6. Be confident. Every one can talk English like a native speaker by practice.
