You talked 55 seconds. and you listed a lot of reasons. this is not the way for speaking. You need to have a 'pattern' in your mind: Think bout speaking is like writing:
it has introduction,
then reason 1 & support
then reason 2 & support
maybe reason 3 or a conclusion if you talk fast enough.
