I was running out of time,
I was running out of time, that's why I had to stop in the middle of speaking. Can I just stop without conclusion? Will that answer be considered as a complete answer? Because, If I try to continue my speaking, then it may be sound like incomplete.

Better to stop when there are
Better to stop when there are 1 or 2 seconds left. Conclusion is optional. Cutting in the middle of the sentence will not give a good impression.
