Need to make reasons ready before you talk. If two reasons, talk about two reasons, not three reasons.
Always remember speaking is like essay writing. They have the same structure. So keep a 'big' picture in your mind:
first 1-2 sentences: introduction. my opinion: A or B. agree or disagree. about 10 seconds
First, reason 1: about 15 seconds
Second, reason 2: about 15 seconds
Third, reason 3 (optional)
Conclusion: one sentence.(optional)
