Actually, I think that I have 2 problem by saying 'ehn'.
1- When I am thinking
2- When I want to breathe.

The only solution is more
The only solution is more practicing. Since English is not your native language, so you don't have the chances to speak English a lot.
Other users have the same problem, it can be removed slowly by talking more.
