Education is an important and indispensable factor for each person if they want to achieve success. Nevertheless, many young people who leave school hold a negative attitude towards learning. This essay will talk about the causes and solutions for that problem.
Some reasons why young people hold negative attitudes towards learning, such as lack of engagement. If they are not engaged in the learning material, they may become bored and unmotivated. Besides, young people can become demotivated if they feel that their performance is constantly being compare unfavorably to that of their peers. Or because the teaching method of teacher is not appreciate, it does not attract the attention and passion. Lack of encouragement from teachers and parents also make students unmotivated to study.
There are a few solutions to the above problems. One solution is to provide learning experiences that are interesting and relevant to student. Additionally, teacher can help by focusing on individual progress rather than comparison and competition among students. Teachers should also change their teaching methods to suite and attract student’s curiosity and learning. Parents and teacher should sympathize, support and encourage students in their studies so that they feel more motivated to study.
All in all, many students do not like studying because they have a negative attitude towards learning. Families and schools should pay more attention to this problem so that students can have a more positive attitude about learning.
