Some believe secondary students should learn International news as a subject at school, while some think it’s a waste of time.Discuss both views and give your opinion.
In this contemporary life, people are more likely to know about international news so that some people think that student need to learn as a course at shool. However, other believed that it’s a waste of time. This essay will examine both sides of the argument before conclusion is drawn.
Admittedly, there are some arguments in favour of learn international news as a subject at shool. First, government subsidies for learning international are believed to equalize study opportunities among young adolescents regardless of their family background. This international news support, presumably tends not only to increase the overall knowledge rate but also to mitigate their feeling inferiority of lower-income people, which promotes an egalitarian society. Second, learn international news would probably result in a higher supply of highly qualified workers, which benefits society in the long run. It, instead, knowledgeable and skills human capital is imperative to foster economic growth and technological development in any nations.
Nevertheless, the resultant problems would be far more significant than the minor benefit once student learn international news as a subject at school. First, international news as a compulsory education at school would likely correspond with a financial tremendous strain on a country. Generating no income from tuition and fees in international center or extra lessons, schools could over-reliant on the state budget for funding, meaning that there would be less input to develop other important areas such as healthcare system and transport infrastructure. Second, learn international news as a subject ar school tempt many young people including those who are not academically inclined and show no interest in studying and potentially wasting time that these young people could spent tme for suitable career paths. It, instead, would be a more subject viable option if the resources were focused on people love international things and want to gain more knowledge.
In conclusion, this argument also has advantages and disadvantages. From my perspective, government need to consider for a course but this is not suitable for all students and sometimes it makes waste time.
