older professional people should be teacher in education department explain with example and arguments if agree
In recent days, education plays an important role in the development of a responsible citizen and to reform the basic ethics of the society. As parents do not have enough time for children to teach ethics and develop positive attitude towards society in their kids, so it is responsibility of teachers to develop such characteristics among students of all ages. The role of older professional people as teachers is as important as basic necessities of life.
There are several arguments in favor of my stance but the most significant is for the purpose of betterment of society and development of each individual on the planet. Furthermore, older professional people knew well about the pros and cons of their relevant fields, hence they are able to teach students well than young teachers. To take into account, we can explain this in such a way that a principle in Pakistan is always a person, having experience in dealing with people and difficult scenarios in variety of fields.
On the other hand, some people think that older professional people are not able to cope with ever increasing technology and science revolutions. That is why, they are not a good fit for education system specially because they can not build students of modern age and scientific world.
To conclude, from my point of view, government should take steps to adjust the older professional people in education department in such a way students can learn ethics and basics from them and develop their skills in light of new researchers.
