According to the three income groups provided, it may observe that high-income group is spending more money on pizza as compared to average income and low-income group. Average income-group pay more for pizza as compare to low-income group. Secondly, fish and chips are purchased more in average income-group. As far as hamburgers are concerned, money is spent in descending order from high to low respectively.
As per the trend graph, it may analyze that hamburgers consumption has been increased from 100 to 400 grammes after 1985 whereas pizza consumption has not increased as quickly as hamburger raised. Furthermore, it may observe that fish and chips consumption has been declined since 1970 to 1985.
To sum up, people spend more money to purchase the hamburgers in different income groups and food consumption is also high for hamburgers.
