You recently bought a piece of equipment for you kitchen but it did not work. You phoned the shop but no action was taken.
Write a letter to the shop manager. In your letter:
1- describe the problem with the equipment.
2- explain what happened when you phoned the shop.
3- say what you would like the manager to do.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention a faulty appliance for my new kitchen that I bought from your new shop where located in the city center.
The device is a new model of the kitchen`s mixers which released recently, and it is made by a reputable brand. However, when I have tried to cook on the highest speed, it did not work properly. The switched back the button of speed controller but it did not return to its original position. I switched it off immediately to return it to your shop.
Your shop team were not picking up my calls on several occasions. Lately, I have called directly your hotline to report the problem to your customer service department. One member of your staff promised me to take the appropriate action within a week, but nothing has been done till date.
I have a warranty contract with your shop on all purchased items, and your policy states that all faulty devices are covered. Therefore, I would ask that you address this matter personally with your after sales service department and ensure that it is treated in priority as soon as possible.
I look forward to the problem being resolved.
Yours faithfully,
Ayoub
