Dear Mr. John,
I am writing to bring to your attention a leakage problem with my kitchen tap at my rental flat.
I have been a resident over 10 years at flat number 27 in your owned building on North Road, and I have never had reason to complain to you before.
My annual leave was due, therefore I traveled out of the city for almost one month. When I returned home last week, I have noticed a heavy drops of water from one of the kitchen tap. I have ensured to close the main water service connection before my travelling, but the leakage has tremendously occurred.
Two main taps are available in the kitchen, and the only one which is for the washing machine was leaking. I could only assume that its assembly with the machine`s hose became extremely loose; however it was recently fixed. Either its size is incorrect or its model is wrong and does not sustain the high pressure.
I have comprehensive contract with your company, and my contract states that all damaged items are covered. hence, I would ask that you report the problem connection of the termination to your company plumber to come for tap checking. If it is damaged, he should replace with a new tap.
