People today move to new cities or new countries more than ever before. What challenges do they experiences? What strategies are there to meet these challenges?
Now a day migration to different countries is very popular among the people. The numbers has increased in the recent years. People in past did not prefer to leave their place. In this essay, I will discuss the reasons behind the said situation and some strategies to meet the problems.
First of all, the main reason behind migration is the employment opportunity. People migrate to different developed countries for better jobs. Secondly, people prefer more comfortable life and with good standard of living. In the developed countries, government is more supportive to the people and they provide better service to the public. Whenever people move to different country, they experience many difficulties in their early stages. They need to learn the local language and must be aware of the rules and regulation of country.
To overcome this problem, person must have proper knowledge of the country before moving. There are many agencies which help in order to provide proper knowledge of the country. Internet is the best medium to look for the better jobs in that place. Many a time people find it difficult after moving to new place. Before shifting, person must get connected to a friend who is staying in that place for the laws. There are many institutes which help to learn different languages of different countries.
I pen down saying, getting a good job or better lifestyle is completely dependent on the human skill. No other country can develop this skill in you. Many times people in need of money commits wrong steps and regret lifelong. Helping your country to develop is better than running away from the problems.
