The three given pie charts illustrate the changes in yearly expenditures by one British school in 1997, 1991 and 2001.
First of all, spending on salaries of teachers remained the highest cost over the whole 20-year period. However, there still were slight alterations in allocation of budget. For instance, if I annual emoluments of tutors was 40%, by 1991, it had reached exactly half of expenses. After 10 years, this number insignificantly decreased to 45%. By contrast, the lowest percentage was allocated on insurance, which was estimated to only 2 percent in 1981. In the next decade, it was almost the same. Nevertheless, ratio of money spended on insurance rose considerably, reaching four times as high amounts of expenses as in 1981.
Compared with salaries of teachers, a particular school expended negligible more than a quarter of budget on other workers. This percentage declined afterwards to roughly fifth of expenditures. Gradually, and monuments of nontutors fell to 15% by 2001. Likewise, resources such as books, which had equal ratio of location in the beginning, had only one dance of the whole costs.
Thus, within 20 years, despite dropped expenses on educational materials and other workers, the spending for insurance, teachers increased substantially.
