Nowadays individuals are adopting a new mentality that working individually is better than working in a company. Few subjects opine that it gives the freedom to masses as well as they do work by their own choice. I will discuss the views along with my opinion in the subsequent paragraphs.
From the side of autonomy, it is totally true that a self-employed has full freedom, there are numerous reasons behind it, first and the foremost reason is that, when inhabitants are employed in a institution then they have to do work according to the head of the institution. The authority of institute gives the order to their employees and they do accordance to them otherwise they will lose their job, however running one's own business is comfortable for them, as anyone can do job at home as well as according to their choice. There is no any boss who give order to their amployees, therefore self-employment provides autonomy to a person.
Moreover, the self-emloyment is not coercive, owing of is an individual worker can do job according to his ability and interest whereas this is not possible for jobholders of a company, where the employer insist the workers to do anything for company. Sometimes the decision of the head of company is worse which is not acceptable by the employees, but they have to do. Apart from this, running own business can lead to a sucessfull, however this needs some investment while getting a job in an industry needs no any initial investment. In addtion to that doing a job for company can be beneficial becuse jobholders have not fear of failing the company and they get their salary on time. On the other side self employment business sometimes not work and people not achieve sucsess as well as lose their wealth.
In compandium both type of jobs have pros and cons but self employment is more advantageous because person can do work freely and with full autonomy which is mandatory to make a business sucessfull.
