Nowadays extreme sports has become much popular among young people. This type of activities has built up much confidence and it is also fun to try out new things. i believe Such activities are not dangerous as people think.
Firstly, extreme sports are exiting. It may make people mind fresh and maintain good mental health. As people can feel that happiness after trying out new things that they have thoughts of doing in their entire life.For example once i had Taken part in marathon and it was my dream to win as while crossing that red ribbon first my happiness was out of level. i was feeling like top of the world. However, it has also built much self-confidence on me .
Furthermore, people thing such type of sports may lead to danger but there are several safety placed and before doing such activities one has got all the knowledge how to protect themselves .moreover before trying sports such as skydiving, people get all the training on how to go smoothly and freely . Trying out those sports and being sucessfull is eventually a happiest thing.
To conclude , i believe such extreme sports dosn't have any drawbacks as it tends to be more exciting.
