Overall, it can be clearly seen that in both years an overwhelming majority of students preferred to speak in Spanish only.
It is interesting to note that, in 2000, 30 percent of the students were able to speak Spanish which then increased by 5% over the period. In the given year 20% of students were not able to speak any other language other than English whereas, in 2010, the proportion of scholars speaking other languages decreased to 10 percent. Furthermore, a small minority of students enjoyed speaking French only in the year 2000 then the percentage of students speaking French decrease to 10% in 2010.
In contrast, only 10% of students liked to speak German at the University in both years. Moreover, 15% of Scholars were able to speak another language along with English in 2000 whereas, the figures of students speaking other language increased slightly and reached to 20% in the given year 2010. In addition, a small minority of students enjoyed speaking to other languages in England in 2000 and over the period the number of students speaking to other languages increased to 15%.
