Dear Sir,
My name is Amit Singh. I am a permanent member of a Non-Profit organization called the “World Social Forum”. The nature of my role requires me to meet with members of other organizations from across the world to discuss topics related to conservation of the environment. I am writing this letter to make you aware of our activities so that you can write about us and help us in promoting our work in your country.
Let me explain in more detail about our activities. A monthly meeting is scheduled with members of all our affiliated organization throughout the globe. In this meeting, all the issues relating to the environment from each country is heard. After hearing all the issues, the critical issues are prioritized and a strategy is made to resolve the issues. Then the strategy is implemented and is regularly watched to ensure that the plan does not deviate from its course.
In this way, we have been able to successfully able to preserve the environment in many countries. Since we are looking to establish our office in your country, we want people to know who we are and what we do. As this will help us to recruit individuals who in turn will help to contribute to keeping the environment clean and green.
Looking forward to a favourable response from you.
Regards
Amit Singh
