As the population is growing rapidly, demands for welfare would be asked as a result. one of them which is extremely important is housing. the only option left to reach this goal would be suburbs which has been a source of argument over the last few years. In my opinion, city municipalities should first consider alternatives and then ponder over countryside carefully if they did not obtain the optimum result.
Authorities should encourage people to rebuild old houses by providing mortgages and extra bonuses. this will aid city residents to to purchase a property with lower price in cities with all those accessible facilities around. For instance, mayor could locate abandoned areas and introduce them to new potential buyers, so that they could destroy them and construct more efficient building and blocks to take in more families.
However, if the issue exists persistently, they could think over the city skirts delicately with least possible damages to the environment. They could implement more ecosystem-friendly materials for building. They could think of some strategies to lure people into using them. For example by providing discount as well as educating people about them. As the price would be intriguing which then would be accompanied by the further information on their usefulness.
To conclude, though the need for housing new generations can not be underestimated, governments should decide more cautiously to look after the nature, as it is of utmost importance in our lives.

- In many places, new homes are needed, but the only space available for building them is in the countryside. Some people believe it is more important to protect the countryside and not build new homes there. What is your opinion about this? 89
