Table below shows the most popular types of holiday activities amongst British senior high school students in 2003.

A glance at provided table reveals the prominence of various types of holiday activities which Brit students who attended senior high school in 2003. It is evident that female students’ exposure to holiday activities was slightly more than male students’.
Taking into account female students’ preferences, watching movies and sleeping were the most conspicuous choices accounting for 25 and 27 respectively. However, male students preferred playing sports (31) as the best choice. It is interesting to note that both sex groups chose watching movies as the second alternative having, having approximately the same quantities in both genders. Reading was preferred two times more by girls than boys. Even though several activities namely gardening (6) and self-education (4) were the least common for females, it was hopping (3) for males.
All in all, when all the holiday activities’ amount was calculated girls made a total of 108 while boys reached 98 which was 11 less than their female peers’ rate.
