To what extend do you agree or disagree with this opinion?
There is little room for doubt that people, who graduated from institutions, typically expect to obtain in employment sector, where they can earn much more money. However, this expectation of postgraduates is a subject of intense debate since some people are convinced that graduates should be paid equally as others. This essay will elaborate on the reasons why I believe postgraduates should be paid much more than the employees who did not attended as finished university.
The first reason, why graduates should earn higher salaries, might be rooted in knowledge they acquired during university years. While attending on institution, students experience and job-related skills are revitalized. Furthermore, the dedication of people who graduated from an institution should not be overlooked. As a result, graduates are likely to bring more success to the company.
Further and even more importantly, one should neglect other hardships which are went through by postgraduates. Needless to note, they typically undergo financial difficulties especially when they are on overseas student. Moreover, if equal payment is stimulated in workplace the future of universities will be endangered since majority of people attend universities to get desired job and make a good living.
In the light of those facts, one can conclude that graduates should be paid much more than other employees. Reason for that comes from the dedication, financial hardship and higher know-how postgraduates undergo.
