In general, physical activity percentages didn’t exceed 54% in both genders throughout ages, men group in the age of 15-24 years\old represents the highest percentage while they had the lowest percentage in the age group of 35 to 44 years old. As for women who are 45 to 54 years old showed the highest percentage while the lowest was in the age group of 15 to 24 years old.
Regular physical activities in men have reached 52.8% in the group of age 15 to 24, while it dramatically decreased until 42.2% in 25 to 34 years old group and slightly decreased until 39.5% in 35 to 44 years old. However, it shows an upward changing in the age of 45 to 54 years old as it reached 43.1% and it keeps on increasing throughout 55 to 64 years old and lastly it reached 46.7% at the age of 65 and over.
Furthermore, women have scored 47.7% in the group of age 15 to 24 years old and then increased a little in the group of 25 to 43 ages until it reached 48.9%. However the percentage continued in raising throughout the ages, it reached 52.5% in 35 to 44 years old, 53.3% in 54 to 54 yeard\old and 53% in 55 to 64 years\old group. Lastly, it has reached 47.1% in 65 years\old and over.
