The pie chart illustrates national expenditure in different sector by the United Arab Emirates in 2000.
overall, Government released 300 million AED budget in 2000. Their mainly focused on social security, Health and personal social services, and Education while transportation facility on lower priority.
As is seen in chart, Government spent exactly 100 billion on to improve social security which was almost double than second highest spent (53%)on health and personal social services. on same year, Government also funded Education sector by 35 billion.
On the lower side, government spent only 22 billion on Defence which was exactly 1 billion less compare to paid debit interest and other expenditure. Housing Heritage and Environment got 15 million which was 2% lower than Law and Order and 2% higher than Industry, Agriculture and employment. Surprisingly, only 9 billion was spent to update transportation facility.
