Working for a multinational company provides some advantages to you to working for domestic business, but it may also lead to some challanges. First is some benefits. Working for a larger company offers more career opportunities. A multinational company provides access to job arround the world. A marketing professional may get chances to make career move in Europe, Asia or other places where the company has has subsidiaries.You can accquire the experiments working with people form different ethnic backgrounds, especially if you travel or work with colleagues in other parts of the world. Beside that, there are some disavantages. First is organisation culture obstacles. Before of coming from different parts of the world, they have unlike workstyles. For instance, the U.S tend to have strong time orientation, but Latin cultures often promote relationships and flexible time over time orientation. This differences can generate conflics among coworkers for cooperation. Another drawback is their ability to dominate the the maker. These giant cooperations can threat to local business due of better products and lower prices. In constrast, local businesses will be worse and worse, finally close down.
