You recently took a plane to a holiday in a foreign city, and on arrival, you found that your luggage was lost. . Write to the airline:
explain the situation.
describe the luggage
suggest to airline what to do
Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing in reference to inform you that my luggage has been lost while in transit. To elucidate the situation, the incident happened when I was travelling from Bangkok to Singapore via Thia Airlines flight number TG 412 last Thursday and had checked in my suitcase while boarding the flight at the Survumbhumi Aiport. Though the suitcase had been checked in at the Bangkok airport on arrival at Singapore International airport I was not able to trace my luggage.
The suitcase was dark grey in colour and was covered with travel stickers. For me, the suitcase is important as it contains some critical official documents apart from this it also has some personal documents like my driving license and cash of one thousand dollars. it also has an emotional significance as it always reminds me of the destinations I travelled in the past.
Hence I request you to inquire into this matter and contact me immediately in case the authorities are able to find the suitcase and send it to my mailing address. I would appreciate an immediate response from your side.
Yours sincerely
brian
