The prices in London, in particular, had a significant increase of 11%. Meanwhile, prices for New York and Madrid increased by 5% and 4% respectively. Finally, the prices for Frankfurt only had a minimal increment of 2%.
Overall, it is apparent that the overall average house prices from 1990 to 1995 decreased, but the prices for 1996 to 2002 had an upward trend. London, in particular, experienced the greatest variation over the period.
