Dear Manager,

I am writing this letter to draw your attention to the technical problem that occurred on my computer in the HR department.

As you know my all works relate to the computer system. All my applications run in the same system. My computer is not working properly for the last couple of days. It always got hung when I open the HR application. I am wasting my time because of this. Other than this, I have a lot of works are pending and I need to finish it this week.

I have already contacted the IT department but I did not get any proper response from them. Can you please ask the IT department to come to my place and find out a root cause for this.

Please do the needfull.
